Tetra Tech performs natural resources surveys including the design and implementation of surveys, and analysis of complex data sets at the population and community level. Studies have included baseline surveys, determination of growth rates, estimates of survivorship, population viability analyses and community responses to ecosystem manipulations such as prescribed burns. Natural resource staff support ecological risk assessments through the design of sampling and validation studies. Natural resource professionals collaborate with experts on remote sensing, GISD, and database development to describe environmental conditions and habitat structure.
