For the United Nations, we evaluated the information available to analyze climate change impacts on the water resources of the Cape Verde Islands, Madagascar, Mauritius, Comoros, the Seychelles, and the Maldives. Sea level change is thought to be one of the most important climate related changes that need to be addressed by the islands, along with other multiple stresses felt by the islanders, such as the rapidly growing populations.
